My Car is a mobile application which provides exclusive discounts and offers specially for restaurants in the UAE.


By downloading, browsing, accessing or using My Car mobile application, you agree to be restricted by these Terms and Conditions of Use. We reserve the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time. If you disagree with any of these Terms and Conditions of Use, you must immediately discontinue your access to the Mobile Application and your use of the services offered on the Mobile Application. Continued use of My Car Mobile Application will constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Use, as may be modified from time to time.


In these Terms and Conditions of Use, the following Bolded terms shall have the following meanings, except where the context otherwise requires:

“Account” it means an account created by a user on My Car mobile application as a part of the registration process.

“Discount or Offer” is the deducted amount of money for every restaurant participated with My Car mobile application.

“Material” is the text which has been submitted by My Car mobile application to the participated restaurant or My Car management.

“Owner” is the person who own the mobile telephone and he has installed My Car mobile application on it.

"Privacy Policy" means the privacy policy set out in Clause 10 of these Terms and Conditions of Use

“Redemption” is the process to avail the discount or offer on My Car mobile application

“Register” means to create an Account on My Car Mobile Application and "Registration" means the act of creating such an Account.

“Restaurant” this term includes restaurants, cafes, and all other activities under food hospitality.

“Subscription package” is the package required for each registered user to allow offers redemption process happen successfully.

“User” is the person who has completed his registration process in My Car mobile application and he has subscribed to one of the existing packages


3.1 Applicability of terms and conditions: The use of the Mobile Application and the making of any Redemptions are subject to these Terms and Conditions of Use.

3.2 Location: The Mobile Application, the Services and any Redemptions are intended exclusively for use by Users who access the Mobile Application in UAE. We make no representation that the Services are available or otherwise suitable for use outside of UAE. Notwithstanding the above, if you access the Mobile Application, make any Redemptions from locations outside the UAE, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for the consequences and for compliance with all applicable laws.

3.3 Scope: The Mobile Application, Offers Redemptions are for your non-commercial, personal use only and must not be used for business purposes.

3.4 Permission to use Mobile Application: If you are not the owner for the mobile telephone or handheld device being used to access My Car Mobile Application, you will be assumed to have received permission from the owner for using My Car Mobile Application.

3.5 License to Use Material: By submitting any text (Material) via My Car Application, you represent that you are the owner of the Material, or have proper authorization from the owner of the Material to use, reproduce and distribute it.


4.1 My Car website is considered as a landing page for My Car mobile application which will help in downloading our mobile application.

4.2 My Car website introduce us to our customers and list the main features founded in the mobile application.

4.3 Users can make the subscription and redemption process only on My Car mobile application, and our website don’t required any user to pay any packages or to allow them to make the redemption process.


5.1 Need for registration: You must Register to be able to pay any subscription package listed in My Car mobile application and start making a Redemption from the Mobile Application.


6.1 You agree to allow My Car Mobile Application to detect your location by enabling the locational services on your mobile telephone or other handheld devices.


7.1 Prohibitions in relation to usage of Services in My Car Mobile Application: Without limitation, you undertake not to use or permit anyone else to use the Services on the Mobile Application:-

7.1.1 to be restricted in using the mobile application for the registered user only, means; the user is not allowed to share his login information to other to use My Car mobile application services and to make redemption. 7.1.2 to send any material which is not civil or tasteful


8.1 We will use reasonable endeavors to correct any errors or omissions as soon as practicable after being notified of them. However, we do not guarantee that the Services or the Mobile Application will be free of faults, and we do not accept liability for any such faults, errors or omissions.

8.2 We do not warrant that your use of the Services or the Mobile Application will be uninterrupted and we do not warrant that any information (or messages) transmitted via the Services or the Mobile Application will be transmitted accurately, reliably, in a timely manner or at all. Notwithstanding that we will try to allow uninterrupted access to the Services and the Mobile Application, access to the Services and the Mobile Application may be suspended, restricted or terminated at any time.

8.3 We do not give any warranty that the Services and the Mobile Application are free from viruses or anything else which may have a harmful effect on any technology.

8.4 We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute, suspend or remove without notice any information or Services on the Mobile Application from time to time. Your access to the Mobile Application and/or the Services may also be occasionally restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to restore such access as soon as we reasonably can. For the avoidance of doubt, we reserve the right to withdraw any information or Services from the Mobile Application at any time.

8.5 We reserve the right to block access to and/or to edit or remove any material which in our reasonable opinion may give rise to a breach of these Terms and Conditions of Use


9.1 My Car mobile application has three subscription packages for its users to allow them use the existing discounts or offers.

9.2 Subscription packages are the following:

  • 29 per month
  • 159 per six months
  • 269 per year

9.2 By agreeing on these terms and conditions, the user is aware about the existing discounts and offers and the user is agree to pay one of the existing packages to start the redemption process.

9.3 By agreeing on these terms and conditions, the paid package is not refundable.

9.4 By agreeing on these terms and conditions, you allow My Car mobile application to use your Bank Card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) to activate your membership with My Car mobile application, and we adhere to make your payments transactions securely while My Car will not store or use any information used from your Bank Cards.

10. Privacy Policy

10.1 Access to the Mobile Application and use of the discounts or offers offered on the Mobile Application is subject to this Privacy Policy. By accessing the Mobile Application and by continuing to use the discounts or offers offered, you are considered to have accepted this Privacy Policy, and in particular, you are considered to have agreed to our use and disclosure of your personal information in the manner prescribed in this Privacy Policy and for the purposes set out in Clauses 4.1. We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy from time to time. If you disagree with any part of this Privacy Policy, you must immediately discontinue your access to the Mobile Application and your use of the Services.

10.2 As part of the normal operation of our Services, we collect, use and, in some cases, disclose information about you to third parties. Accordingly, we have developed this Privacy Policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate and disclose and make use of your personal information when you register on My Car Mobile Application:-

  1. Before or at the time of collecting personal information, we will identify the purposes for which information is being collected.
  2. We will collect and use of personal information solely with the objective of fulfilling those purposes specified by us and for other compatible purposes, unless we obtain the consent of the individual concerned or as required by law.
  3. We will have a database which involve your registration information, and we can disclose these information for a their parties if required.
  4. We will only retain personal information as long as necessary for the fulfillment of those purposes.
  5. We will collect personal information by lawful and fair means and, where appropriate, with the knowledge or consent of the individual concerned.
  6. Personal information should be relevant to the purposes for which it is to be used, and, to the extent necessary for those purposes, should be accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
  7. We will protect personal information by reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.

We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained.

10.3 When you pay a subscription package on My Car mobile application , you are required to select only the online payment. My Car is not interested in your debit/credit card information nor do store any of your debit/credit information. For transactions with online debit/credit cards, we transmit your entire card information to the appropriate debit/credit card company in an encrypted format with globally accepted rules and applications during order processing.
